The room was clean on arrival. With a well stocked kitchenette. Restaurants, groceries, shopping, pharmacy and church are all within very short walking distance. The Greenbelt Shopping Mall is also under a 14 minute walk. So location is excellent and the staff is very courteous and helpful. My husband very much enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym facilities are actually excellent.
AUMy breakfast was at Eurotel because my room wasn't available on arrival on 15.2.25. Stayed at Eurotel for my first night and then transferred to room 101 at the beacon which was a lot more pleasant. There should have been more information at the Beacon 1 at reception if you knew your room was not available, most of them there seem to be on a different planet and I felt though I was begging for something. Certainly more information should have been directly to the customer.
Will continue another day, I'm tired.
DEPerfect appt for a short as well as a Long stay in MNL. Fully equiped with everything needed. In Addition a very comprehensive TV Channel availability, Swimmingpool, excellent Internet Connection and very Clean.
Everything OK. However, as usual you have to Clean Up by yourself. But Here positive as well: everything available.

Aircon was so noisy, and playing up, didn’t use it, there was a little fan but not strong enough so it was uncomfortably hot.

Has everything you need for an extended stay, including dishes, utensils, rice cooker, toaster, smart TV, great shower with plenty of pressure and hot water. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Need to call for cleaning every time. For longer stay should be every 3 days regular cleaning should be done.
AUGreat price, great location to shopping, restaurants and bars. Had all the amenities we required, access to pool and gym. Supermarket , mall across the road
