La porta non si apriva e siamo entrati dalla finestra. Pulizie non eseguite

The property was unique in that our bedroom window was next to the train that passed by throughout the night. What was not exceptable was the host was not at the property to give us an orientation. The orientation was in an email and not available to your guests without the internet. We were left to fend for ourselves. Our experience was less than positive, yet memorable.

The location was good, but that is the only positive thing i have to say about this apartment.

There was big stains of mold in the apartment, and you could smell the mold in the entire place. The apartment was very humid and the indoor climate was quite horrible. The toilet didn't flush and i contacted the host EVERY single day of my stay for it to get fixed. He promised me he would sort it out, but never did. The gate to the apartment complex only opens from the inside. The train runs literally above the apartment, even during the night. There is no sunlight entering the apartment, so it is very dark. I was promised compensation from the host as the apartment does not at all live up to the standards described, but i never received anything. That this place is even still on Booking.com is a disgrace, it is so far from what is described. You will have your holiday ruined if you book this apartment.

The apartment facilities It was in a good location (although up a lot of steps)

We had no hot water, contacted the owners but had no response Hard to work out which key is for which lock- spent a long time stuck outside trying to get into the grounds

I liked the value of property and location. Parking was easy and secure which is needed in camogli.

A key for the bottom pedestrian gate would be helpful if available to save coming up through carpark.

Decent location - no sea view but only 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and harbour Spacious Free, easy car parking

Dangerous! I cut my head on the razor sharp edge of the clothes drier over the bath/shower. I unscrewed it from the wall to avoid further injury to us or future guests - and told our contact who said she wasn’t the owner si could do nothing. Apart from that, a very tired apartment, uncomfortable bed, and expensive for what it was.
