The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was smart and spacious.

Parking space isn’t a full space so tight to get in and out. Entrance door to apartment block has been broken into so doesn’t lock. Apartment needs a little TLC, tired looking with cobwebs and carpet in need of a thorough hoover. Bed was extremely firm and woke up with bad back ache both mornings. Sofa doubled up as a sofa bed so very uncomfortable as thin seats on top of PDF wood. Rips in the fabric of sofa and arm chairs.

This was the easy part although the key was damaged and on putting it in the door, it snapped in half. Luckily there was nothing stuck in the door but I was left to cut and pay for a replacement key because the management company didn't have a spare. I am also told I cannot have this refunded as part of the T&Cs says it is the customers responsibility to pay for damage. No words!!

The apartment didn't reflect the pictures. It wasn't particularly clean and the carpet looked like it needed a really good shampoo (or replacing all together). The handle on the bathroom door was loose and one of the drawers on the furniture fell apart when I opened it. Assuming it had been damaged previously and not checked. The parking space is on an angle and needs to be mentioned in the advert because a big car will really struggle to get in to the space. Had I known I would have gone on the train and left the car at home as having always driven a large car and never struggled to park, I caught the front of my car on the wall and it will cost me around £1200 to repair. I am not saying this is reflective of the property, but it should be mentioned.
