Bari Waterfront Apartment

Ubytování se nachází blízko autobusové zastávky a blízko moře coz je super. V okolí byla i restaurace a obchody. Ubytování bylo velké, čisté a mělo velkou terasu. Byla tam také poměrně vybavena kuchyň.

Okolí budovy bylo ne úplně pekne - špinavé ulice. Samotná budova ubytování by také potřebovala rekonstrukci. V obýváku byla proležena sedačka, takže se na ni nedalo spát- byla to postel pro 5teho člověka. Kuchyň nenabízela utěrku ani hadr a byly tam pouze 3 hrnky. Ve vaně byla plesnivá podložka proti uklouznutí.

Only location near to the beach

The bad was very old and uncomfortable , The pressure for checkout was very high even though there were no other guests.( imagine it in the summertime). I have traveled to many countries and this is the first time that the check-in procedure for apartments is too laborious and inconvenient, you have to use the internet afterwards (too annoying and inconvenient, you are almost entering a royal palace and not a normal apartment). Very old and unsuitable furniture that does not match the price it has (unreasonable)

This property has a lot of potential but the owner is not investing in it so it is getting old and falling apart. There is a real lack of modern appliances for an apartment (a microwave and washing machine) Good things: - Big apartment and big balcony. - Despite being in a poor area, the people are generally friendly. - Coop supermarket across the road. - Quiet building. Bad things: - Unsympathetic owner/contact person - seems to think all the issues in building are nothing to do with her. - No microwave and washing machine. - Broken plug sockets. - Socket where the plugs don't fit! - Nightmare for car parking. - Awful narrow sofa that you can't comfortably sit on. - The air Con doesn't work in spare bedroom and in living room. Thankfully there was 2 fans. - Broken furniture left on balcony. - Had a broom but no dustpan! Had to buy a dustpan. - Cheap bed. Had broken bed slats. I had to move broken slat from top to the bottom of bed so that I could sleep properly on the bed! - The shower water had little to no pressure. - The shower protector was broken (the bit stopping the water from flowing out of the tub). - Kitchen was tiny and very dimly lit.

- the kitchen is well-equipped with everything new (you can find any spices, salt, olive oil, tea and coffee there, it’s really nice) - the view could be nice - the location is not bad

- THE INFORMATION IS MISLEADING. The property doesn’t correspond to the pictures and description. It is unacceptable for staying in due to the reconstruction works of the building that take the terrace. There is scaffolding there that doesn’t let any light get into the apartment and lots of concrete dust. The host intentionally places information about works in “company information” and never mentions this in any other part of description that is about property itself. It must be noisy and not safe during working days (workers can easily see you in bathroom, it’s really dusty so that I has bad allergy, you can’t open any windows at all because of concrete dust) so I left this apartment after one night there. I wanted to leave without even checking in but Booking support employee convinced me to stay for one night to find another apartment for me and then nothing happened. The host refused to refund as they are sure they placed the information about works correctly. - the gas water heater is broken so you have to take cold shower - the bed (in the bigger bedroom) is too soft and the mattress is too old and used so it’s really uncomfortable to sleep there. - water pressure is too low

Parking was difficult to find with an SUV

The view from the balcony was nice. In October it was possible to see both sunset and sunrise. Toilet and facilties were good. But comparing to other places the price was pretty okay.

The bed in smallest bedroom was terrible, it was not possible to sleep there, so instead we used the couch. We ran out of the toilet paper, because it wasn't enough for 3 people for 7 days. I didn't like the way they handled keys to us. The plain was late and we couldn't get there in time to pick up the keys, so they should change the way they give keys. Maybe hide them or use lock box or something.
