Apartment smelt of damp with water damage all over walls and mould in bathroom

Loved this resort ❤️

We arranged to meet someone who gave us the keys. What we liked about the property was that we had other family members in the gated holiday accommodations, and it was easy and safe to visit them. The morning sun shines into the living room, making for a great sunrise breakfast, especially as it overlooks the poolside area. There are three quick ways to get to the beach. There are lovely beach, dunes and waterside walks. The centre of Alvor and the seaside front are easy to access. Also, walking to the rock cliffs was great for sunsets. The AC heating worked well. The flat was functional. The parking was good.

Some of the ways to access things around are rough and rustic. The gated area is great, but outside, it is a bit rough. The fob that opens the electric gate is hard to work at times. Fickle. The kitchen is a one-person-at-a-time space. The fridge was not easy to open when the kitchen door was open. There was no soap in the bathrooms. But we bought some, so the following people should not have that issue. Yet, there are areas to improve - more toilet rolls and basic seasonings. Host welcoming has been appreciated in other Portuguese rentals. This place was basic functional.

Location of apartment for access to beach and town. Good sized apartment fully equipped. Friendly owner and good communication. Had a lovely stay where we enjoyed amazing weather.

Uncomfortable sofa and very small roll out bed for 3rd adult. Only one loo roll left for 11 day stay. No linen change.

Great location, a very well equipped apartment.

Just a suggestion, a coffee table in the living area would be beneficial as there is nowhere to put a cup apart from the floor

Great apartment, exactly as described. Cool and comfortable, we did not need the air con at all.

Apartment lovely would have liked if some towels for pool were there. We stayed in a different apartment on complex last year and had towels. Something small but Paulo was great to deal with. Mary

Great location of the complex; we had the sun on the apartment itself from 10:00 to 4:00pm Paula who met us was brilliant

Everything was good . Access to British TV channels could have been a benefit but it wasn't a deal breaker. The English channels that were accessible were adequate for the we stayed in

Stayed there before, great location and fully equipped.

The bedding, could do with some new pillows and sheets, found it strange there was no duvet cover not sure if that was an oversight, hopefully owners read and take note, new towels as well would be good .
