Carenza di manutenzione in generale, malfunzionamento della caldaia, frizzer ghiacciato, aspirazione del bagno debole, mancanza di utensili base in cucina e gli esistenti molto datati.

The location was very central so that was nice and the entrance to the building felt very safe. It also had a mini market 3 minutes away by walk. It had two queen beds, so me and my friend were both able to sleep in our own bed. The property was clean and tidy when we arrived, and clean towels were provided.

Despite the main entrance to the building being very safe, the actual door to the apartment didn’t feel safe at all, I honestly thought with a strong enough kick anyone could have entered, or with good lock-picking skills. So that made us feel unsafe and quite uncomfortable. There was also a terrible smell in the bathroom that did not go away (there wasn’t a window and the ventilation system worked basically for nothing). In the check-in instruction the wifi password written was the incorrect one, so to connect to the wifi we had to go look for it in the modem. However, the biggest problem was regarding the hot water and heating. In the instructions it says there is an automatic heater that doesn’t need anything done to it. But that was not the case, as something must be wrong with it since I had to reset it multiple times and still it wouldn’t last long enough until it would need to be reset again. So we had to sleep with no heating in -1°. And we could barely shower or do any use of the hot water. We spoke to the property manager to get help fixing the issue and after getting told to reset it, the problem seemed solved…until it wasn’t. Would not recommend this place for longer stays, me and my friend were only lucky that we were doing a lot of excursions so were barely in the apartment.

Appartamento centrale, pulito, luminoso. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare qui.

La ubicación del apartamento era muy buena,

Las llaves nos costó encontrarlas porque no se disponían próximas al edificio.

La habitación es de buen tamaño, estuvimos muy cómodo 2 personas. Tuvimos lo necesario para una estancia de 6 días. La cocina nos funcionó bien para cosas sencillas. Cerca de vía Garibaldi y demuchos lugares turísticos a pié (20 minutos en promedio a la mayoría de atracciones del centro) Se agradece el elevador después de un día de mi ha caminata. Únicamente sugeriría un deshumidificador para mejorar el aire ambiente, hay mucho aroma a humedad.
