It was spacious, well located and very comfortable.

The only issue was that the contact details for assistance had not been updated after a previous employee had left. When the power went out after a storm we had difficulty getting assistance. Luckily I was able to trace the new contact by checking my recent calls as she had phoned me the previous day. I updated the new contact details but this needs to be attended to.

Location, big room and comfortable overall.

No blinds in the living room where the sofa bed is (it’s in the description so we were aware).

"Unprofessional staff that will ignore communication before and during your stay. AVOID!!"

Good location. Appartement without charme but big and clean. No shampoo, no soap, nothing in the kitchen to help you cook (salt, oil, etc) They will ignore your calls, e-mails, WhatsApp if you have a problem.

Worst customer experience before and during our stay. Cleanbnb didn't communicate arrival information after we followed online check-in 72h before. After I sent e-mails, messages, contact trough booking.com and called many times, got a message from Dharma at 22h45 the day before arrival. At arrival, Wifi info wrong on the "guest book" , Dharma said she will send info, cause she didn't have it with her. This was at 15h30. We had to contact her by e-mail, WhatsApp, trough booking.com and phone calls that she ignored. Used friends Italian number to call her, she answered, said she will send info, this was at 18h30. She did finally send us the information by 23h13. We couldn't work using internet from our arrival at 15h30 till 23h13. We asked to leave the appartement early and get a refund, as per expected, we haven't gotten a reply. Based on my experience I will not recommend to book this appartement. After they received your payment, they will not act professionally before, during and after your trip.

"I really enjoyed the house."

The house is very big and very convenient. The living room is very spacious with a nice table and a very comfortable couch. Also, the bedroom is very cozy, and the bed is large and of good quality. Furthermore, the house has a very nice kitchen and bathroom, and the location is perfect since it is in the center.

I did not like that they charged me extra euros because I was a bit late due to a train delay, which is not in my control. Furthermore, the WiFi account was incorrect, and it was only fixed on the last day.
