GuestHost - Nel cuore del Centro Storico Cozy Apartment

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y a 20 minutos a pie de la estación de tren Bolonia central, sin embargo con respecto a las fotos no está igual, está descuidado y da un aspecto de no estar tan limpio, si me desconcertó.

Excellent location. A couple of minutes in all directions from big shops, artisan shops, bars, and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. 10 minutes to the mainline train station. Paolo, the Clean B&B rep, was always at the end of the phone with any queries.

A toaster and a microwave, and a couple of English channels on the TV would have made all the difference, especially as we had some really heavy wet weather, which prevented us going out

Great property but the unit did need upgrades like a new mattress and more kitchen items. Staff was great.

The apartment is at the center of the city. Excellent location. Comfortable.. We highly recommend the apartment

There wasn't,t basic hygienic things and clean service although we paid 50 eur cleaning fee.

The location was very good. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment was tatty, things didn't work properly. The equipment was very poor with not enough utensils in the kitchen. When we complained they said they would sort things but never did. Thoroughly disgusted. The shower didn't work properly and the washing machine leaked. The whole flat was very poorly maintained.

The location deserves more than 10 stars honestly. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Our flight was delayed so we had to pay the fee for late check-in even though it was not our fault the delay happened. The internet was not working during the whole stay we were there and they made it look as if it is our fault. They did try fixing it once but unsuccessfully so we had to pay for internet separately. What we didn't like was the eagerness to get the extra money for our 'late check in' but no compensation for the things they offer on booking but we didn't get which is the internet. Also, there is construction close by so it's quite nosy. The room was kind of in a basement so on hot days difficult to ventilate as well.

Pulizia assolutamente inadeguata (ragnatele ovunque, doccia che non scaricava acqua, tanta polvere in giro etc…) Materasso del Letto matrimoniale davvero molto scomodo. Divano letto idem, non adeguato. Un grande peccato in quanto la struttura gode di una ottima posizione, ma non si può vivere solo di rendita.
