An amazing location, with a beautiful view. Very clean, accessible to airport and city centre. Comfortable and fresh apt.

The specific accommodation delivered what it promised. It was in a central location between the main train station of Bologna (about a 5-minute walk) and the central square (about a 12-minute walk). The space was spacious, bright, and comfortable for 3 people. Paolo, who helped us with check-in, was very helpful and willing to accommodate any changes that arose.

As for the negatives of the accommodation, I would mention cleanliness. Our accommodation was superficially clean with hairs and marks on the blankets.

The environment is poor and there is a park next to the building that is loud, homeless are around, basketball games all night with loud music The stuff doesn't want to give you any instructions on how to get to the flat untill you are by the door, then you receive a video how to get there. Well if you are from abroad and your internet is poor you may spend hour in front of the door. Our log out time was 10, but 9.45 someone came ans started cleaning moving our luggage around. That was very inappropriete! The flat is smelly, there is a strong smell of mould, so with longer stay your stuff will smell bad. The extra bed in the kitchen was broken and not possible to sleep on.

The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes to the centre of the city. It was in a very secure building with a lift and was spacious and comfortable with good natural light, modern decor and appliances.

The shower was slow to drain through a space on the side wall not the floor of the shower but didn’t cause any problems.

No English t.v. and bed hard perfered sofa bed. Also tried to cook one night and tripped electric off using oven

Only issue was the wifi that didn’t work, but it was fixed after I left.

Shower drain blocked, still not fixed after 4 days. No internet at all, even after asking for 4 days for it. No supplies -no tissues, washing powder, dishwasher powder, tea/coffee, etc 1 towel for 4 days, 1 roll of toilet paper. On the last night told to make sure we were out by 10 minutes past 10am the next morning.

I don't why they send link for self check-in asking for everything than the room is not prepared as it was asked. 3 days of stay and we didn't get set of lien to a second bed. I ask for an invoice during check in, but later I needed again send a separate email.
