Wander Camp Yellowstone Island Park

Amazing stay amidst beautiful views.

If you are looking to explore at night with the stars, staying at Wander Camp will give you that experience. Portable showers and bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly.

It's a unique place, close to Yellowstone. Meals weren't much so we drove into town for a nice meal by the lake.

We had a good stay at Wander Camp. The only thing that could have been better is if the quiet hours were enforced more. There were multiple people who arrived after 10pm (start of quiet hours) and made tons of noise and woke us up. The same thing happened before 7am (the end of quite hours) with people getting up and moving making noise that woke us up again.

Amazing loved this place. The views were amazing the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. It was easy to find, great communication and very sanitary. If going during cold months…don’t worry the beds are so warm.

Cute glamping spot. Nice communal spaces and comfy beds. We had a small issue at check in which the staff immediately helped resolve. Great customer service

Nice tents and decorated well.

Staff were the absolute best. This was such a a neat experience taking our son camping for his first time. Even in 30° the tents surprisingly kept us warm enough without a heater. Bathroom/showers were super clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I can say is if they would provide a little more description about what to expect about bathroom facilities. It made it sound that a shared bathroom was accessible by 3-4 tents but in close proximity. I was fine with it but another friend hadn’t expected it to be a longer walk from the tent. But then again in all fairness, our friend is also not used to doing this kind of thing. Overall well managed.
