USThe fact that it didn’t have a full kitchen like I wanted
USApartment was very spacious and location was perfect. Everything was so close. We were right next to tubing and skiing place which was nice to watch during night time. It was very clean and updated.

USOverall condition of the unit I stayed in was in pretty good shape, nicely renovated and beds were comfortable. However, there were two critical issues: 1. Noise coming from upper unit was hard to ignore. I could easily hear someone walking and squicky noise when someone was moving. 2. I found dead cockroach on the first day then next day, I found live one crowling around on the wall. Ended up sanitizing everything pretty much everything I took for this trip when I got to my home.

USUSThe resort was really nice. We stayed at the Summit, which was very spacious, clean, and quiet. There were a ton of activities for the kids. We really enjoyed ice-skating, Light Up The Park, snow tubing, and the indoor water park. Check-in and check out were easy, and the staff was nice.
Prices for activities are extremely high that we agreed to attend a 2 hour timeshare presentation in order to get discounted tickets. When you tell the timeshare rep that you are not interested, they just keep coming at you, hoping that you are going to change your mind. One of the activities, Top Golf, is falsely advertised. It states that you have your own private suite for one hour but there is no private suite, you're in an open space, where people can still see and hear you and it is not worth $80. Also, the Summit did not have a stove, and the washer and dryer were extremely tiny that you could only wash a few items at a time. We were not able to watch our streaming services, which was a bummer because there was nothing good to watch on tv. The extra blankets had an odor to them as if they had never been washed.
