J’ai apprécié mon séjour l’hôtel est bien situé, ça nous a permis de laisser la voiture au parking. Toutefois y’a des choses à revoir. Une affiche sur la télé nous indiquait qu’on pouvait connecter notre téléphone sur la télé pour regarder YouTube or cette télévision dans notre ne peut être connecté car elle dispose pas d’une carte réseau ni pour la wifi ou par câble réseau. Je n’ai pas pu utiliser mes chèques vacances pour régler mon séjour car ça été débité sur ma carte ce n’est pas fautes d’avoir pris la peine d’appeler avant pour leurs dire. dommage.

Déçu de constater que le parking est payant (15 €) alors que nous n'avons pas eu ce renseignement lors de notre commande. A notre arrivée à 16h00 notre chambre n'était pas prête ! Personnel ignorant malgré qu'il nous voit un peu perdus. Nous avons senti un je m'en foutisme particulier ! Petit déjeuner pris à 08h00, plus de jus de fruits, pas de fruits.

We were assisted in safeguarding our passports and with personally calling a taxi and setting up pick up time by two great individuals. Both Pearl and Frederick were extremely helpful in all of this!
