Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Olathe

Loved this hotel for a quick getaway. Excellent on-site bar and restaurant, comfortable beds, very clean property, and welcoming staff.

Overall property was fine. Fancy bathroom door so heavy you couldn't move it. Had problems with door more than once.

Roll out bed was very bad

This is a new hotel. What we didn’t realize was that the soccer park is directly behind the hotel so of course the hotel was full of soccer families, which was fine but just know these kids run unchaperoned all over the hotel. The parents hang out in the bar. Trying to get in the elevator was a challenge due to the hide and seek game the kids were playing on all 4 floors. They were loud, running up and down the halls, and very rude. Will need to check the Garmin Soccer field schedule before ever booking here again.

We loved the shower and the dispensers. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were not. The room was quiet, the a/c worked well. The light blocking curtains were great and reduced heat from outside.

Not a fan of having to make a trip to the desk to get coffee, tea, creamer. Not a fan of having to ask for other items we needed for our rooms such as garbage removed, fresh towels. Closet/ wardrobe didn't fit long dresses etc that ironed. Ironing board was so small , it was a challenge. Shampoo , body wash etc was very masculine and strong smelling. Would prefer a fresh herbal , clean smell. We had one tiny bar of soap for the sink . I signed up for Bonvoy or whatever it is and was told we would get 2 bottles of water a day but we had to ask for it every day like everything else. Our room was never cleaned and it said every other day. We were there for 3 days and nights and had to ask for EVERYTHING. NOT a fan. Breakfast was just ok.

Check-in was great and the property was spotless. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Shout out to John; everything he made was absolutely delicious. Would definitely stay there again. EXCELLENT.

Wonderful hotel. We had a great stay. Great food and drinks in the bar and restaurant. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend.
