The apt was sparkling clean! It was way better than we expected. So comfortable and perfect with a baby.

It was very clean, modern and the sofa beds were comfortable. Hygeine standards were high! And location was very good.

A nice, clean, modern apartment in the middle of Malasaña, close to the Tribunal and Bilbao metro stations, an excellent place for exploring all Madrid's attractions. The building is fully automated, all locks are digital, and one can use a phone to open them. There are lockers in the hall, so before (and after, even through 8 pm) one can store the luggage (no additional fees). The apartment was clean, and all necessary equipment was in place, including coffee and tea. A small welcome gift was very nice (thank you!). The bed was very comfortable and overall impression would be close to 10, unless some small yet annoying issues.

We have been assigned to an apartment with a bathroom adapted for wheelchair users, even though we didn't ask for it. Such a stay can be educative, as the adjustments for non-handicapped might be annoying (no shower cabin, a very high toilet, a low sink, a skewed mirror, etc., so one can gain insight into what the handicapped persons experience in a "normal" environment); however, I would prefer to have a choice. The information provided during the booking was unclear about this, which could mislead future guests. If accessibility features are not clearly explained, it can cause inconvenience and frustration for guests expecting different arrangements. Maybe if I were aware of this, I would choose another place. The other issue is that the bathroom entrance is through the bedroom, so if there are more than 2 people, it can be uncomfortable. And last, we had no Wi-Fi access. The contact with the online reception was good, and they were willing to resolve the issue; however, it wasn't resolved during our stay. As part of my stay was business, it was a pretty challenge for me. The mobile signal is weak in this part of the building, so data transfer was rather slow. And - I traveled with a teenager; no wi-fi for them is worse than the lack of fresh air.

En esta ocasión notamos que se permite llevar a cabo reuniones en las habitaciones con muchas personas hasta altas horas de la noche (madrugada). El ruido que hacen incomoda y hace que se pierda la calidad del alojamiento. También hubo una falla en el desagüe de la ducha que inundaba cada vez más el alojamiento al bañarnos. Eso lo hace muy incómodo y con riesgo de un accidente por un resbalón en el piso mojado

We had a great stay at this apartment. The apartment itself was very comfortable, and the location was the best we could have asked fo, close to everything and very convenient. The staff was extremely responsive and replied quickly to every question and request we had. The beds were very comfortable as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The only small downside was that the pillows were a bit less comfortable for us
