출장으로 숙박했는데, 저한테는 맞지 않는 숙박이었네요. 2박했는데 청소도 안 해줬고, 무었보다도 여긴 호텔이나 모텔이 아닌 오피스텔입니다. 세탁기랑 인덕션 있는데 도구도 없어서 사용도 못 하는데 왜 있는지 모르겠구요. 아마 단기 숙박보다는 장기 숙박하는분들께 어울릴지 모르겠습니다. 1층에 기계에서 키 받아야 하고 카운터가 없어서 불편사항 있을때 연결이 어렵고 통화가능시간이 정해져있습니다. 저 같은 출장자는 잘 안 맞네요. 주변에 식사할 곳도 거의 없어서...

출장 왔다 알게되었는데 가성비 진짜좋음. 가끔 혼자 있고 싶을 때 찾는 19호실 같은 공간. 단 청소에만 좀더 신경 써주셨음좋겠음. 직원들도 친절하고 좋으심. 이 금액에 어떻게 운영하는지 궁금함.

작지만 매우 깨끗하고 전망이 좋습니다. 바로 아래에 편의점도 있으며 주차공간도 여유로웠습니다. 이번이 두번째 방문이었는데 항상 가격대비 만족스럽네요.

"따듯하고 가성비 좋습니다"

주거형 오피스텔과 호텔이 같이 있어 근처에서 배달음식 시켜먹는것도 가능할거 같아요. 바닥이 온돌이라 따듯하고 편안합니다. 보일러 가동소리가 좀 울려서 불편한 부분도 약간 있습니다. 체크인이 비대면으로 키오스크 체크인인건 매우 신선했습니다. 가격도 싸고 위치도 나쁘지 않고 필요하다면 또 이용할 예정입니다
