I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. Let's start with the good. They have by far the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel for this brand. There are two hotels combined which was probably why it was so large. It was clean and newer hotel. It has 2 EV charging spots too. The pool was a little chilly for my kids but they enjoyed it. The play area with some amenities is nice too. Good location for sightseeing in the area. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't use the messaging system. I asked for an upgrade, never heard back and when I arrived and asked for an auto upgrade, the woman replied, my boss does that in the morning. It wasn't really an answer, so I said, no upgrade? Correct. Okay.

Home2Suites is one of our favorite Hilton hotels & this one did not disappoint. Such clean rooms & friendly staff! Very quiet and close to many restaurants. Try is connected so the breakfast will s accessible to both hotels. It had some of the best varieties of delicious breakfast food. Oatmeal was perfect! The front desk manager Melodie was helpful when we needed to change our reservation. Very knowledgeable & so friendly!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to come in and do exactly what needed to be done. The only issue was the pool was not open while we were there and my babies love to swim.
