Overall lovely apartment.

No essentials in the kitchen. No sponge or dish soap for dishes. 1 tea towel. No chopping board, all knives blunt with chunks missing from the metal. Made cooking frustrating…

Exactly as per photos, generally very clean and felt secure. Would use it again but a few things could be improved to make it really excellent...

Was extremely hot when we arrived for some reason (23.5C when it was only 4C outside and no heating on?). Generally very clean, but a cracked window, stains on the sofa and window blind chains that come apart when you pull them... these are basics that shouldn't be like this. Customer services not great - rooms are vacated by 11am at the latest, so asking if we can have entry earlier than 4pm if it's ready should not be unreasonable... however they want to charge £20/hour! We've already paid for the room, it costs you nothing to provide good service and let us in earlier if it's ready. Given you have to park in a public car park quite a way away, it would be nice to get in earlier with bags rather than leave them in the car.
