I really like the Location. Other than that, me and my partner didn't spend time at the hotel.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Significant Improvement I’m not sure where to begin, but the hotel experience fell short in many areas, starting with the concept itself. Room & Comfort: The room was extremely small – so much so that you either had to sit on the bed or step into the bathroom just to feel like you had space. We ended up only using the room for sleeping and avoided spending any time there. Our only window faced a wall, and there was no air ventilation in the bathroom, so the air in the room was always stuffy and unpleasant. Noise Issues: The doors were not soundproof at all. We could hear everything from the hallway, and unfortunately, our room was located right next to the staff area where hotel fridges were constantly in use. The noise and commotion whenever staff needed something was disruptive, especially during the night. Atmosphere & Ambience: Alacati is typically known for its adult-friendly boutique hotels, but this hotel was filled with children who dominated the pool all day long with loud noise and games. As a couple, we were hoping for a romantic and tranquil atmosphere – instead, it was anything but peaceful. Breakfast Concept: The breakfast concept was also confusing. It was labeled as an open buffet, but there were no hot options like sunny-side-up eggs or any kind of meat products. There was no coffee, juice, or even butter available. Instead, we found only cold snacks in small bowls, which had to be refilled constantly by the staff every few minutes. It felt more chaotic than relaxing and definitely did not match the expectations set by the hotel description.

Otel araç girmeyen bir sokaktaydı arabamızı park ettikten sonra oldukça fazla yürümek zorunda kaldık. Cumartesi günü otoparkın önüne pazar kurulduğu için otoparka da ulaşamadık. Oldukça rezaletti çocuklarla kalınacak bir otel kesinlikle değil. Oda ve banyo oldukça küçüktü yatak hiç konforlu değildi, dışarıdan gece çok araç ve yirğyen insanların sesi geldiğinde uyuyamadık. Çalişanlar nazik ve kibardı. Havuz resimdeki gibi büyük değil.

Girişten itibaren her dakikası keyif aldığımız harika bir hotel.

We didn't have breakfast there as it was steeple priced compared to outside cafes

Bathroom was small and we had to constantly wipe floors that kept getting wet. One of the main bedroom lights were malfunctioning. There were mosquitoes in our room.

Otelin tüm çalışanları çok kibar ve güleryüzlüydü, Otelin konumu çok rahat sessiz ve sakindi. Otelde bulunan havuz ve çevresi çok güzel düzenlenmişti. Sadece otelin açık büfe kahvaltısını biraz zayıf buldum ama genel anlamda güzel bir oteldi bir daha ki gelişimdi tekrar konaklamak isterim.

Güler yüzlü personeller ile çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik.yemekler çok lezzetli ve hijyen konusunda oldukça iyiydi. Konumu da çok iyi heryere rahatça ulaşabiliyorsun

Hersey cok güzeldi, personelin ilgisi mükemmeldi. Gokhan bey'e özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim
