Super easy check in, real nice staff, room was clean and shower was great

The staff were very friendly and conscious of safety for solo female travelers which I found comforting. They were very helpful and communicative as well. Rooms are small but comfortable enough for one person and there is air conditioning/heating which works well and locks on the doors to the lifts as well as each individual floor.

The location is a little worse for wear. There are a lot of at risk and unhoused people around the area asking for money and at one point I thought I was being followed so not sure I would stay again as a solo woman even though the staff were lovely and didn’t say my room number out loud, gave me a second key, etc. but that could also be partly because I was leaving and arriving at early and late times due to the nature of my job.

The hotel was close to the train station, and the arena we were visiting. The room was basic, but had everything needed for an overnight stay.

I explained in advance that I have limited mobility and am unsteady on my feet, so I requested a ground floor room or a room close to the lifts. I was given a ground floor room. I was disappointed to find that the room was not disability-friendly. The walkways between the beds, and between the bed and the wall, were very narrow. There were also no handrails in the bathroom, around the toilet, or in the shower. Because of this, I was unable to shower due to the fear of slipping and falling.

No tea / coffee in the room . Only had one towel . Check out was really early, it was only by chance I checked in the morning. 9.30 to 10am is not good .

location - close to town center but far enough away to avoid noise. - easy to reach from train station via public transport or walking

While the below is to be expected for a budget hotel, i would expect better for this price especially when comparing to comparable hotels/prices. Bathroom - water pressure was manageable but too low - nowhere to hang wet towels or clothes when the door was shut - no toilet brush Bed - too short for an average sized person. (1.77m tall) either feet off the end or sleeping diagonally Storage - enough space for 2 shirts to hang that is it! - nowhere to put suitcase , shoes, other clothes (became a trip hazard) Relaxation- only place to sit is on the bed, which gets very uncomfortable very quickly when sitting. - no fridge Aircon - I was either sweating or in a chilly draft all night. i could not find the balance on the controls despite attempting to over 3 nights Work - no desk to work at, had to work on the bed.

we dIdn't get any breakfast, and had to be out early unless we paid more to upgrade to a later checkout

not much room bed was very hard and barely slept because of this only 1 pillow only 1 big towel and 1 hand towel, even though there were 2 people booked into the same room

Staff were very friendly, the room was very tidy and functional, and the air con was great and had controls. Very affordable in a great location.

Only one pillow a side and a single towel in the room, but I'm sure we could have asked for more.

Close to the centre, great air conditioning. Nice and clean.

There was no fridge or wardrobe in the room. Sheets and towels were a bit worn. The room itself was really only suitable for 1 person. Luckily I was on my own.
