DEThe apartment is very nice, clean, has a convenient layout of rooms.
When we arrived there were no towels in the apartment, except a kitchen towel. It took us almost 24 hours to get them from the management. Another point was a miscommunication. Since my complaint, nobody notified me if we will get the towels and when will it happen. Additionally, we were out of the apartment when the towels were delivered, but we didn't get a notification that we got them. Another inconvenience was that we didn't have any kitchen rags. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen is getting dirty no matter how careful we are, and we couldn't conveniently wipe anything. Last point is that we didn't get any spare garbage bags and the trash was overflowing by the time we checked out. And for our 3 night stay we got only 2 tabs for dishwashing machine.
