"Not a Hilton"

Location

Hotel was not what we expected. The hotel lobby and room were so univiting, toilet paper was rough, shower door was difficult to open and close and the handle felt like it was about to break off, food was cold. Oh and majority of charging ports did not work. Not "Hilton" status at all!

Hotel was comfortable, staff very friendly. Only complaint was I emailed the hotel a week or two before to find out how to use the shuttle and didn’t hear anything. When I arrived, assumed the shuttle would be showing up regularly, like at my last hotel. No info on website to let me know to call. And the number a little hard to locate. Especially when tired.
