The room space was better than expected

The carpet was very dusty. I needed deep cleaning

It was an ok location.

chose this hotel specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle on Booking.com. Upon arrival, I was told the shuttle was not available and was pointed to a sign at the hotel stating that the shuttle is “not always available.” This disclaimer was not disclosed at the time of booking, and I could not have known this until after arriving. Had this been clearly communicated upfront, I would have selected a different hotel. Additionally, the breakfast service raised serious concerns. Hot food items were placed on a regular, non-heated shelf, causing the food to cool down quickly. This is not food-safe practice and was disappointing to see at a Hilton-branded property. The breakfast area also appeared unclean, with visible food stains on the curtains, which further added to concerns about cleanliness and overall standards.
