Lo mejor del Hostal es la ubicación, muy céntrico en el pueblo y cercano a la playa.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, cama correcta, pero baño sucio con restos de botellas de champús y gel casi vacías de otros huéspedes. A pesar de que informan de que cobran obligatoriamente 5e por electricidad + 5e por ventilador no me parece correcto ya que es una manera de que parezca más barata la habitación cuando realmente debes sumar 10e fijos. Realmente el precio sólo es justificable por la ubicación y por ser temporada alta.

A pesar del mal aspecto del establecimiento y de la lamentable relación calidad precio, se duerme bien. Los clientes no hacen ruido (al menos durante nuestra estancia de dos noches) y la calle es tranquila.

El hotel te exige pagos indebidos fuera de tu contrato con Booking. Te hacen creer que hay tasa por electricidad y turismo distintas de lo firmado con booking (que te especifica en su contrato dos euros y pico). Tuvimos que pagar 53 euros más aparte de los 170 por las dos noches. La estrategia consiste en decir que tienes que alquilar un ventilador, ofrecerte una "cuadra" de dormitorio sin espacio para dejar siquiera los equipajes y de este modo intentar que te conformes con otra similar pero con algo de ventilación y algún espacio para equipajes. Todo por 15 euros más por noche. Del supuesto "baño en la habitación" os dejo mi teléfono y lo hablamos, mejor será. Sólo que sepáis que la ducha perdía por todos sitios y que la cisterna se rompió durante la estancia (por supuesto ni pedimos ayuda, nos apañamos con un cubo que llenábamos en la ducha). Por cierto, Tossa de Mar es precioso, un lugar alucinante, aunque muy turístico, obviamente.

10 minutes to the beach, Alex, the receptionist was helpful. The town was beautiful.

-sheets smelled terrible and were stained; we had a feeling they hadn’t been changed after the last guest and this was confirmed when we peeked in the room after the next people had checked in and there were the exact same sheets again. -bathroom had no lightbulb, or soap. Floor mats were gross and soaking wet. and there were a bunch of flies living in the shower. -check in very confusing, we had to call multiple times and text to get someone to come help us check in. -because the reception office was always closed and help was difficult to reach, and our room was right next door to the office, people knocked on our door several times in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning. They would yell in to us to help them. This was obviously very startling and happened 3 times within 2 days.

Okay so here’s the thing: you’re not paying for luxury. The employee we dealt with was great and was so accommodating but that was kind of the end of the good vibes. The room we were placed in was SO humid with no ventilation. The only window was connected to another guests balcony, so we were a little uncomfortable using it. We still did, but the humidity made every surface feel pretty moist and led to an uncomfortable sleeping experience. If you’re into extreme palm tree themed screen printed wall decor this may be the place for you. We had our own bathroom but it was just IN the room like no door between the bed and toilet/shower. If you’re looking to spend time in your room and enjoy comfort above all else, look for something different. For one night we were totally fine but would not recommend to anyone staying longer. We are very used to hostels and interesting living situations and this was the first place we wouldn’t return back to. For the price, it’s a bed and a place to put your stuff so like whatevs. But yeah maybe try something else. oh also the water just like leaks everywhere from the shower so everything we own is wet.

No hi ha res que m'hagi agradat.

Pensio que entres per la porta lateral, no obren ni la principal. Em confirmen habitació de 2 llits dobles i 1 individual, i em trobo un llit doble i una llitera enganxats, lavabo hiperpetit. Molt brut, llençols bruts i amb cabells . Sota el llit millor no mirar. Finestres amb 3 dits de pols i el celobert que donava a lhabitació, hi havia un kaiak vell amb el seu rem... fastigós. Se sent tot lo de les altres habitacions...El ventilador de sostre molt sorollos, i encara que hi ha tv, l'home de la pensió et diu que no hi ha manos pq la tele no funciona. Un desastre amb majúscules. No se d'on surt la puntuació de 7,2 a booking.
