We stay here a lot. This was the first time we had any issues, but they are small issues. 1. We tend to sleep in when we are visiting so the 830 AM vacuuming of the hallway wasn't too cool. 2. We used the pull-out bed in the couch. It was a bit disturbing to remove the cushions and find a very large amount of food scrapes and whatever else that stuff was on the bed. As I mentioned these were relatively minor issues. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

The bathroom fan didn’t work as far as we could tell. The room setup made the room smaller than it should have been. That desk didn’t need to be smack dab in the middle of the room. We were going to stay two nights but decided to stay at Wynn instead and for a little cheaper.

I love the location of the hotel and the newness of the hotel. Some of the customer service left a little to be desired. There was also an excessive noise issue the first night.

"Good stay, but after the pet fee was included, the cost was more than I anticipated"

close to the highway. Just traveling through.

I wish hotels on booking.com listed the cost of their pet fees. We traveled with our pet and the pet fee at Hampton Inn was $75. If I'd known, I would have chosen a different place to stay.
