Great size nice layout. Right on the street car lines in between all the important places.

Would be even better if it was a smart TV and there was a washing machine. Also need to BYO tea towels.

We had a good stay at HOTEL CLA-SS HIROSHIMA-DOBASHI, which worked well as a comfortable base for exploring the city. The location is good, with about a 20-minute walk to the Peace Park and Museum, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being in a quieter area. The hotel itself is very spacious—much more so than typical Japanese accommodations—which was a pleasant surprise. Check-in was smooth and efficient thanks to the automatic system, and the room was well-equipped with a nicely stocked kitchen, which added to the overall convenience. It was also very quiet, making it easy to relax after a day out. While it doesn’t offer a traditional Japanese atmosphere, it serves its purpose well as a practical and comfortable place to stay in Hiroshima. Overall, a good option if you value space, convenience, and a quiet environment over personalized service or cultural experience.

As an unmanned hotel, the experience is completely impersonal, which is to be expected. However, this also means there’s no option for services like luggage forwarding, which could be a downside for some travellers.

The building is very secure! The room is on the larger size of small but spaciously arranged - I never felt squished or cramped at all in the combined living and sleeping area. There are thoughtful facilities like a handheld massage device for sore calves, and the room is designed stylishly in a way that feels welcoming and relaxing. It’s a 10-15 min walk away from major attractions, and the host provides a helpful guidebook to the area which we really loved! We encountered some challenges with check in, but the host was lovely and fairly prompt at responding! Truly an amazing host that also went above and beyond when we alerted them that we had left a valuable item in the building.

The check in process can be a little complicated, but that was partly our fault for not pre-completing the check in forum as it wouldn’t display correctly on our device.

Ein modernes, helles und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment in toller zentraler Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Friedenspark. Einfacher Self-Check-In und gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen.

Clean, good location

Basic amenities such a tea and coffee were not supplied. There was no bath stool or basin which is very unusual for Japan

Great location, 10-15min walk from Peace Museum, clean, enough room for the 3 of us, great shower. Bed was very soft but better than many other beds we used during our travels in Japan.

Overall just great!
