The view was amazing, the location was great and our contact with Ornella was very easy and helpful.

-You had to contact the cleaning company in case you needed something additional (ex toilet paper) -Nothing in the room for use (hand soap, shower soap, shampoo etc). -The room was not very soundproof, you could hear your neighbours.

Amazing view! We received all the necessary information on how to find the apartment and where to park the car before arrival very detailed and clear with video material. Very quiet place.

Lack of coffee for 2 persons.

The walk up to the apartment is not as steep as it looks and the videos that the owner sent, with the code for the key, were excellent and so very helpful. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and the balcony, with fabulous views, was just superb. Also the swimming pool was such a bonus. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.

The air-conditioning didn't work as the batteries for the remote were dead.

The apartment had a great view from the terrace and was equipped with a hairdryer and an iron. The sofa bed was already made when we arrived, and there was enough cookware in the kitchen.

First, there was a lack of communication about the check-in - I did the online check-in and paid the city tax through a third-party website as the booking required. The automatic message on Booking stated that someone would contact me a couple of days before our arrival with detailed arrival instructions. However, nobody contacted me, and the property was unresponsive in the Booking chat. Eventually, I texted the phone number mentioned in the message myself and received the instructions, including the exact address of the property, only a couple of hours before our arrival. We weren't even sure until the night before our trip that the booking was confirmed and that someone would be expecting us. Second, the property needs maintenance. Many lights, including the bathroom mirror light and bedside lamps, were not working. The light in the room was dim and depressive. More effort should be put into cleaning, too - there was black hair stuck to the shower hose when we arrived.

The location and the seaview were perfect

A lot of things are broken. I reported the shower was broken and the shower drain was blocked to the host within 24 hours of arrival. Still the same a week later. One of the chairs was collapsing, the table leg was broken and precarious. There were 2 1/2 toilet rolls for 3 adults for 6 nights.

Good location, easy parking and beautiful view.

The viewing balcony is nice and kitchenware are complete.

The bathroom needs more maintenance as the toilet bowl clogged. Maybe because of not in use for weeks.
