The lobby looks nice. There's a free refill of cold and hot drinking water. The door in my room was somehow secure.

There was a big cockroach. No heater for the shower. The towel provided cannot absorb water due to it being washed with fabric conditioner. There was no trash can. The dim light wasn't functioning.
