"Horrible communication, nice apartment"

The apartment was nice and spacious. Great location.

The bathroom had a bad smell and the company behind the rental, cleanbnb, is horrible with their communication. The Check-in process is unnecessarily complicated and when we had some issue with the email regarding the ZTL zone, I could not get any help from them.

Appartamentino grazioso vicino al parcheggio Talete. Fuori ZTL. Pulito con tutti i confort che si possono desiderare. Personale efficiente sempre pronto a rispondere sia su WhatsApp che sulla piattaforma. Consigliamo il soggiorno non solo per l'appartamento ma anche per il posto. Ortigia è bellissima da visitare, gli abitanti sono gentilissimi e aperti ai turisti.

Goed bed. Goede badkamer. Lekker dat je een aparte slaapkamer en woonkamer hebt. Alles op loopafstand.

Helaas was de airco stuk. Maar hier zijn we voor gecompenseerd.

"All'Ingresso della magica Ortigia"

posizione ottima, al limitare della ZTL vicino al parcheggio a pagamento coperto (possibile anche carico e scarico con 4 frecce), al mercato e a due passi dalle aree di maggiore attrazione. malgrado la posizione di passaggio di auto gli infissi sono ottimi e non abbiamo avuto alcun disturbo. la posizione è ariosa e con le finestre aperte c'è un bel circolo d'aria.

l'appartamento accusa un po' gli anni. ben tenuto ha Comunque qualche segno di usura soprattuto in bagno (lavatrice e box doccia). come sempre gli utensili da cucina non erano molti ma ok per una cucina veloce e leggera. armadi praticamente inesistenti, un appendino a giorno in camera da letto e l'unico armadio usato come sgabuzzino per aspirapolvere e coperte. non pulitissimo.
