Apartment Nives

I really liked the location of the property - it's walking distance (about 10min) to each, the beautiful old town of Rovinj as well as the best beaches in Rovinj (IMO) in the forest area (known as "Šuma"). I also liked that the host was very responsive and always replied to my messages super fast. She even granted us late check-out, for which I'm very grateful. The place was also spotless and had everything we needed for a good stay (we cooked/prepared most of our meals). Plus, we enjoyed the spacious balcony.

One thing that I really hope the host will fix as soon as possible is the bed. The latter is only ~140cm wide, which I don't consider really large enough for two people. But the size is not the only issue with the current bed, it is also super loud (very squicky), so whenever one person moves during the night, both wake up. On top of that, the slats do not have any middle support. So, while 140cm is narrow, it's still too wide for slats without the middle support. Consequently, the mattress bends very heavily ...

Appartament ist in very good city place. Every evening u can to found parking for free on the street. No stress with it at all. Appartament has air condition and fast internet. In sleep room is enough dark to good sleep. Washmaschine is also positive thing.

For 800€/week i wanted to have shower gel, shampoo, salt, sugar, pepper, oil. It was no there! Last month i was in Italy for 500€/week and there was everything this, plus free three bottle of cold water, free caffee tablets and even wine for free! In Rovinj is no cafe maschine, no toaster, no microwave. Shower head was broken. Water ran in all directions. TV is just with Croation TV channels. Host collects pieces of hard soaps. Lamps near the bed r cracked, The seats were dirty. For me i musted to wash one. The worst was little dog in the neighborhood. Two evenings he was alone and all evening so loud barked non-stop, he tried to escape, so all the time he teared the doors. The host can to speak just a little of german, I needed that she will help me with TV/internet, so she came without problems and explaine the problem. Before I arrive the appartament i can't to arrive her on phone, she has no WhatsApp, her agent didn't answer my calls neither. As i said is too expensive for this quality flat
