"the location was great and everything else was not acceptable"

the location

the apartment was dirty, not enough bed sheets or towels, wi-if unstable, kitchen: one knife, no mugs, not enough glasses. I slept one week at the sofa bed without bed sheets. when you complain - no one responds. I need my refund.
