Worst hotel ever!

Nikos was wonderful. So helpful and friendly. His hotel was amazingly beautiful

The rooftop terrace was fabulous as was the view from our private balcony. The staff was super helpful going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! We can’t wait to come back again.

We only stayed here one night, the previous four nights we stayed at the most beautiful hotel right on the caldera. This hotel need some improvements. The view would have been amazing if they could have cleaned up the field outside of our window you had to overlook the ugliness to see the beauty. Planting some beautiful flowers there or anything would have improved it. The small pool/hot tub was not very inviting. Front desk staff was not very helpful

This property is very old and in desperate need of a major upgrade. The property has so much potential but the attention to details is missing in my opinion. The room was very dated and it appeared like it wasn't cleaned properly. I pulled blonde hair from the sheets several times, for reference, I'm not blonde! The cutlery given for breakfast and the tray it was served in were filthy, it totally put me off. Also, the room descriptions need to be a lot clearer, i booked a room with the Caldera view thinking that was directly overlooking the sea only to find out that it's only a side view. Apparently the ocean view is the panoramic view not Caldera view so beware of that. In all, i had very high expectations but was quite disappointed 😞.

Piacevole sorpresa. Tutto eccezionale. Ottima posizione. Vista dalla terrazza meravigliosa sul vulcano. Colazione ottima. Camere moderne e pulite. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Grazie siamo stati meravigliosamente bene.

This hotel was amazing!!!! The view from the roof top was awesome. The staff helped you with anything you needed, booked car, taxi etc. Sunset was very good as well. Shoutout to y’all!!

Amazing hotel with exceptionally amazing staff. Hotel is right next to everything, great location for sure. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, staff was attentive, kind, and helpful.
