AC Hotel by Marriott Tuscaloosa Downtown

The hotel staff did not give us the room we booked. First night 3 of us had to sleep in one bed. Hotel had dirty floors everywhere. Spots all over. No free breakfast. No partial refund for the hotel room mix up. Just an ok hotel

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean. Location was perfect.

I was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at check-in. Despite being an Ambassador Level and Executive Platinum member, the staff showed no recognition or care. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way given my loyalty and status.

The street next to the hotel was a bit loud with traffic. Not really anything else.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Shower gel was empty, no big deal. I used the shampoo instead. Shower floor needs to be scrubbed. :-/ I’d stay here again.

If you are looking for a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds with a bar right upstairs, this is your place. This hotel is nice! The area is awesome near the river walk area and downtown restaurants. Even the staff is amazing! They clearly take guest service and aattention to detail to heart. I will 100% be back to stay. Super convenient and awesome! 10/10 best night sleep I have had in a hotel ever.

Nice outfit, BMW, Audi, Ranger crowd.
