Dear guests, we remember you that the standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. local time. For guests wishing to check in earlier, a fee of $500 MXN per adult (13 years or older) and $250 MXN for children (ages 3–12) will apply. Additionally, for guests bringing a car and wishing to check in early, a flat rate of $50 MXN per vehicle will be charged on the check-in day. Upon arrival and payment of these fees, guests will have access to all on-property amenities, including restaurants, pools, and activities. Guestrooms will be assigned at the resort’s earliest convenience but will not be guaranteed until 3:00 p.m. local time. A deposit may be required at the property.

Everything was perfect!! The setting, the property, the staff, the food, the amenities were all exceptional!! One of my new favourite places and definitely for my kids too!!! The entertainment staff especially Javuer and Aidee were the best!!! The Explorer Club staff were also utstanding! One thing that amazed le.was the quality of.the food.in general.for an all incluisve. I have been to.other Dreams Resorts and this is by far the best

El servicio es extraordinario y te tratan increíble todo el tiempo. Las amenidades para niños otro nivel, los niños disfrutan demasiado y los papás tienen buenos lugares para disfrutar también

Moverte de un lugar a otro llega a ser complicado. La variedad de comida aunque es vasta, a nuestro parecer le falta un poco más de comida de mar, sobre todo fresca.
