Osborne Steading

Spacious and has everything you need. Great views over St Andrews and is very quiet and peaceful.

Hasn't got 3 bathrooms as said - has one bathroom, one en-suite bathroom and a downstairs toilet only! Photos are deceiving as looks like 2 double bedrooms but only one with 2 twin rooms - one very small. Floor boards very creaky! Garden & garden furnuture could be more inviting & cleaner. Too many toys and clutter lying around for my liking. Overall ok but best suited for families with small children.

Cottage was fantastic, the photos don't do it justice. It was spacious, the beds were comfy and the garden was great for the dogs.

very cosy and comfortable house in a really nice location on the edge of St Andrews town but overlooking open fields. Easy access to town / Old Course etc. using own vehicle or a cheap 5-10 minute taxi ride

Nothing major. Creaky floorboards upstairs might disturb some during the night and single bed mattress a little soft, but these are minor issues that are outweighed by all the positives

Fantastic place to stay, great comfort and the cottage had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Can’t say enough about the place, will be recommending to all our friends and family , 10/10 👏👏

Excellent facilties. Home from home has everything you could possibly think of. Would definately recommend to others 😀
