"Das war die erste Enttäuschung in diesem Hotel, wo wir bisher immer zufrieden waren!"

Wir waren bereits gefühlte 10 mal in diesem Hotel und die Lage, normalerweise das Personal und der Komfort ließen eigentlich nie was vermissen. Besonders das Frühstück ist sehr gut, wenn man nicht das Pech hat, es an einem Tag einnehmen zu wollen, wenn über hundert Gäste abreisen wollen.

Seit einiger Zeit scheint die Leitung des Hotels ausgetauscht worden zu sein, und die neuen "Leiter" sparen wo es nur geht. Mit der Begründung die Umwelt schützen zu wollen, wird erst nach der zweiten Übernachtung ein Zimmer aufgeräumt. Vermutlich stecken eher Personalsparmaßnahmen hinter der "umweltfreundlichen" Vorgehensweise. Bisher hatte ich immer einen einwandfreien WLAN-Empfang mit meinem kleinen Laptop, den ich schätzungsweise zum 8. mal dort zu informationszwecken dabei hatte. Dieses Mal konnte kein Kontakt zum WLAN hergestellt werden, trotz vielfacher Versuche. als ich dies zum 2. Mal an der Rezeption meldete, meinte eine Angestellte, mir anhand meines Mobiltelefons zeigen zu müssen, was ich falsch machen würde. Aber mein "Handy" funktionierte ja wie fast immer und überall. Als ich ihr erklärte, dass mein Laptop auf dem Zimmer keine WLAN-Verbindung bekäme, sagte sie mir wörtlich: "Das ist bekannt, dass niemand mit seinem Laptop oder ähnlichem Gerät keinen Zugang, habe und man nicht wisse warum". Das möchte ich nicht als interessierten oder qualifizierten Kommentar gelten lassen. Scheinbar wird das kostenlose WLAN zwar in der Werbung für das Hotel besonders erwähnt, die Erfüllung dieses Versprechens allerdings nicht mehr wirklich ernst genommen.
