For guests wishing to check in earlier, a fee of $500 MXN per adult (13 years or older) and $250 MXN for children (ages 3–12) will apply. Additionally, for guests bringing a car and wishing to check in early, a flat rate of $50 MXN per vehicle will be charged on the check-in day. Upon arrival and payment of these fees, guests will have access to all on-property amenities, including restaurants, pools, and activities. Guestrooms will be assigned at the resort’s earliest convenience but will not be guaranteed until 3:00 p.m. local time. A deposit may be required at the property.

Wait staff was great, friendly and helpful. Food was good and had lots of assortment. Plenty of shade for pools with easily accessible towels

Many pool loungers were broken or used so badly they were uncomfortable and we would have to switch them out for others. Although the space was separate for secrets and dreams, you could still hear kids and run into them in common areas

Absolutamente todo. Que lugar tan especial. Sin embargo necesita cuidados y mejoras pero en esa escala es inevitable.

La playa podría estar en mejores condiciones. Puede mejorar. Deben ser muy cuidadoso cuando hacen renovaciones o reparaciones en la propiedad para que no interrumpan la tranquilidad d esos huéspedes.
