早餐維持一直以來的品質，與整體住宿價格是有加分。

訂房時即有確認新館及房型，同時不同館別、房型售價也不同。因此不太理解為何入住時櫃檯人員卻問是訂舊館嗎？？？ 早年到宜蘭時常入住該飯店，當時只有舊館（但當時該館還新，無論服務、早餐、房間清潔舒適都很不錯） 在這次入住前最後一次再住該飯店，是2021新館營業後，當時電話訂房詢問新舊館，櫃檯始終不願明確告知哪一間是新館，同時當時新舊館費用相近，很難識別。那年入住後是舊館，該房地板已浮動，壁面也斑駁氣味不太好。 因為曾有此體驗，多年後再訂房，這次櫃檯還是這麼問，實讓人會有誤解。訂房價格館型都有區別，難道櫃檯連客人訂房資料都沒有嗎？根據旅遊經驗，實在不太能信服。
