Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ καλές παροχές, εξυπηρετικότατος οικοδεσπότης, άρτια συνεννόηση, άνετο μπαλκόνι, ευγενική υποδοχή με ρακόμελο και καθημερινά φρούτα έξω από την πόρτα του καταλύματος.

Θα ήθελα ακόμη ένα κλιματιστικό στο δωμάτιο-σαλόνι, όπου βρίσκεται ο καναπές π γίνεται κρεβάτι, δεδομένου των ψηλών θερμοκρασιών.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικος Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!!!!!

Όλα ήταν άψογα Και τα φρέσκα φρούτα που μας έφερνε ο ιδιοκτήτης κάθε πρωί ♥️

Thodoris was an excellent host! Not only the beautiful city of Chania but also Thodoris and the appartment made our stay extraordinary. We spent 2 weeks in his Loft Appartment as a Family with 2 kids and we all loved it. The appartment is equipped with everything you'll need and exactly as shown on the pictures. The two terraces are very spacious and a nice place to relax. We found a plate with fresh fruits every morning in front of our door. The pool on the shared rooftop is nice for a short refresh on a warm day. The location is perfect, very close (under 5mins walk) to the old town where you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants but yet a quiet area at night and just a short walk to the small beach. The bigger beach Nea Chora is a 20min walk or short bus ride away. Bus stops are directly around the corner of the appartment. Thanks again to Thodoris and his Family for the warm hospitality! Us and the kids are already looking forward to staying there again! Warm regards from all of us

Hôte très chaleureux et accueillant. Situation de l'appartement proche de la vieille ville. Rooftop avec très belle vue sur la ville et les collines. Appartement confortable, propre avec tous les équipements pour faire la cuisine ou un petit déjeuner au niveau du rooftop. Les plus qui font la différence : mini-piscine sur le rooftop, accueil avec une bouteille de vin produit par le propriétaire, des fruits déposés devant la porte le matin provenant de son exploitation également. Communication et partages très agréables.

Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Chania, and with an off-road parking space (for a fee), this was a great place to stay whilst we were working in Crete. Mr Benakis was very welcoming and met us on arrival. From the daily deliveries of fruit or the bottle of superb organic home-grown red that he provided, we were very well looked after. We even managed to have a barbecue on the terrace. Lovely apartment and we will be back!

I didn't like the mosquito that was resident in my room. But she was evicted with extreme prejudice when I found her hiding place on the last day after she had particularly enjoyed attempting to exsanguinate me during the week.

The host is very kind and helpful. He assists us with parking and also gives a warm welcome with Rakomelo! Cheers!
