Dommage qu il n y est pas de badge pour ouvrir et fermer la barrière d accès. Pas pratique de devoir appeler à chaque fois

4 jours de rando sur les sommets environnants, l’appartement était idéalement placé et la vue est magnifique.

The facility is located conviniently on a sky slope, so for a bunch of skiers and snowboarders, we liked this and it was a deciding factor for us. Property is nice and clean, with nice view on the mountain and ski slopes.

Since we were a group of 6, the water heater was too small, so we had to shower with cold water. Also the apt. is a little too small for 6 people, but for the price, I think it's a good value. Also good physical condition is needed, since you need to carry all your stuff 100m uphill.

- When we booked the accommodation we wrote to the host saying we noticed some of the studios didn’t have a window in the bedroom, and we wanted one of the flats that do have a window. The answer was “you’ll be in flat 2. There’s a window”. So we booked it - to arrive finding a small studio in U shape, with one small window in the hallway NOT in the bedroom - a tiny window that is actually blocked by the roof coming down. So barely any light comes in. The other windows (also in the hallway) don’t open - so the flat is small, poorly lit, and weirdly designed. There’s barely space to pass on the U shape corridor. The bed is high and against both the wall and the wardrobe, so not comfortable. - ⁠This is not the property’s fault (yet it heavily impacted the quality of our stay and our desire to stay) : the restaurant of the hotel just across the road blasts loud music through a speaker all day long ! We asked about it and they said they start at 7 a.m and they do it until 8 p.m. You can’t hear it from the apartment, but from anywhere outside, yes. It was very unexpected and disappointing to not have any quietness while trying to enjoy nature in that remote place. Other considerations: - the host didn’t mention there’s a toll a couple of km before you arrive to the location. You have to pay 5 EUR to pass, or to call the host to open remotely the barrier for you (same when you get out). Luckily he picked up when we called and was very helpful, but having to ask permission on your comings and goings was unpleasant and not something we expected. - ⁠the cottage is difficult to access. It’s at least a 30 min drive up from the last village in the valley, on tight roads and curves. If you want to park in front of the house, you have to open the fence by undoing its 3 lines of rusted barbed wire, and then tie them back again. Once one of the cows on the property was trying to escape while we were doing this, so in the rush to tie back the barbed wire, my wife injured her...
