- Läget på boendet. - Personalens bemötande.

- Det var inte ljudisolerat, dvs man hörde grannarna genom väggen/ventilationen. - När vi kom fram var rummet inte rent, smuligt på golvet och det låg snus dosor kvar från föregående gäst.

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer lässt nichts vermissen. 👍

Zimmer sind top professionell eingerichtet aber auch fotografiert was leicht darüber hinwegtäuscht, dass man kein Fenster bzw. lediglich ein Fenster zum verschlossenen Innenhof hat, welches man faktisch auch nicht öffnen kann. Wenn man dorthin reist, dann kommen nur Zimmer mit Balkon bzw. Aussenfenster in Frage und dann stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr.

Wunderschönes, liebevoll gestaltetes Boutique-Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Marbella. Die Lage ist hervorragend – umgeben von charmanten Gassen, Restaurants, Tapas-Bars und kleinen Boutiquen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach unserer Nachfrage erhielten wir ein wunderschönes Zimmer im ersten Stock, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Frühstück & Brunch waren spitzenklasse und boten auch tolle vegane Optionen. Besonders erwähnenswert sind außerdem die wunderschöne Dachterrasse sowie die Hundefreundlichkeit des Hotels - beides haben wir aber leider aus Zeitgründen nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Das ursprünglich zugewiesene Souterrainzimmer war zwar gepflegt und sicherlich für viele Gäste passend da barrierefrei, wir empfanden es aufgrund des fehlenden Ausblicks und des Dachfensters jedoch als etwas dunkel. Preislich war es sicherlich in Ordnung - den Preis für unser sehr schönes Zimmer fanden wir hingegen recht hoch.
