"Dry Casino with funky smell"

The entire hotel and casino had a weird smell throughout it. Also had no idea it was a dry casino. Didn't even know those existed in Washington. We tried to order food 3 times, once we waited 15 minutes in a line that did not move so we left, a second time we were told the cook was at lunch so no food now. 3rd time we got food, but it was just ok. I would not stay here again

Super high end lodging. Mattress was best I've ever had at a hotel, bathroom was amazing, restaurant was perfect, first timers get $5 free play in Casino. Only issue was bathroom smelled like cat pee which some say comes from somebody smoking meth in there.

I booked a room for 4 adults and was given a price and was happy with it. Once I got to the property, they charged me an extra $32.10 for the 2 extra adults. There were no extra towels and nothing else extra. Not a happy customer.

"The good, the bad, and the grift..."

A tale of two employees, false advertising, and a financial annoyance. First, a shout out to Edwin, the valet who was outstanding in happily attending to a request (parking for a motorcycle). Security at the door, however, was a mixed bag. I was treated to either a smile or an almost scowl. The room was nice. Not "wow" but certainly not "meh". Quiet, comfortable, and rather spacious. Dinner was taken at their restaurant. Buffet Soup & Salad was offered M-Fs; I was told only Thursdays. General buffet was also not available(?). The smoked salmon salad I did have was not all that good. The salmon was overcooked and dry; the salad dressing watery and unimpressive. Lastly, I placed a $100 cash deposit on the room. While a deposit is pretty much standard, that I could use my cash was unusual but I had the moolah and so paid upfront. No big deal. I left the next morning w/o checking out as, again, it's become routine that patrons leave w/o checking out. In my haste to get back on the road, I forgot to request my $100 in cash back. Later in the day and a State away, I receive a call from the front desk asking if I had left or checked out. (Odd question to ask in the afternoon.) "Yes, I left." I was then told that I forgot my deposit. 'Shoot', I think, and ask how they could forward me my deposit, say via Venmo or a check stamped out by Accounting. No biggie, right? I am informed that I may only get my deposit back in person. I live on the OR Coast... :(
