comfortable house, very close to the sea. Free parking right next to the house. The owner is very friendly and pleasant. The house was very clean. Also a nice bonus was a welcome basket of fruit, water, juice and wine. Thanks Marko😉

This is an excellent and well equipped house situated close to the amazing Mlini beaches and at proximity to Dubrovnik old town. It was likely amongst very few properties we couldn’t identify any flaw or issue. The house has a large parking lot, which made our arrival and check-in seamless. The owner helped us with the luggage, and provided a few tips, which was very kind. The terrace has a shower, barbecue and dining table, convenient for dining and enjoying especially at the evening time. All rooms are air conditioned, super clean. The kitchen has all utensils, we had everything we needed. We’d definitely return to this place.

Marko was very helpful on checkin and there was an amazing gift of fruit and drink in the fridge on our arrival. Perfect spot to explore dubrovnik and caveat plus the local area was great to walk around. Thank you.

We loved our stay in this house. It is perfectly equipped, very clean and well maintained! From the huge terrace with outside shower we could watch the trees and sea, very relaxing. The host waited for us and explained everything, very helpful and we just felt like arriving tonour Croatian home. Inside the house is decorated beautifully, upon arrival Marko had a bowl with fruits and some drinks ready for us. We stayed there with our 3 small kids and had an amazing time, we would definitely come back here on our next trip to Croatia! The parking lot is right in front of the house.

We would have loved to stay longer!! For easier communication, I recommend to ask for the phone number of the host directly before you arrive, the agency didn't forward our request properly and so the host was waiting for us for hours although the agency told us earlier check-in was not possible.

The house was beautiful and well furnished. The house was located in a great place with a beautiful view of the sea. The beach was 50 meters from the house. The owner was very kind and helpful.

We liked the accommodation very much. Spacious and fully equipped house. Nice and quiet place, a short walk from the sea. The host is very kind and friendly.

The Villa was well presented, spacious and comfortable. Well maintained with air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. All appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, coffee percolator, fridge freezer. Comfortable sofa and Netflix on the tv. Beautiful garden. It was on a hillside, with a ten minute walk to a couple of lovely beaches and cafes. Great views there. You can easily get to Dubrovnik by ferry boat, return 15 euros. Well worth it. Near a main bus route too. Supermarket a few mins walk or take 15 mins on foot and go to a modern shopping centre, that has everything there. Private parking too. Host provided a variety of drinks and fruit, which was so kind of him, lovely guy.

A beautiful villa, with all the home comforts. We really appreciated the 'Welcome pack' and all the little extras. Our hosts called to welcome us and check we were ok He were happy to give us advice on restaurants, ect. in the area. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
