This is a beautiful looking hotel and has great facilities. However the service and staff let it down. We were a booking of 35 for a dance world championship in La nucia. Receptionist was moody and not very helpful. In the first day we used the pool and poolside bar, the drink took over an hour to arrive to us. When asking at the bar I was told it’s to busy you will have to wait. There were around 20 people at the pool ! In the evening we asked for cocktails and they didn’t know how to make it so we needed to making it ourselves again we waiting over half hour. Every time a certain waitress was at this bar everyone was told to wait in a very grumpy manner. Drinks and food that were not ours were changed to the room with an in know signature in the document. This was eventually taken off the bill after much debate. Life guard told our group of for moving the sub bed into the sun and that we were not to do it the next day … how funny On a positive the room were very spacious and kept clean everyday and 1 waiter was very helpful in the evenings.
