"Incredible accommodation, facilities and location and great value for money."

Was expecting more of an apartment complex but is a fully serviced hotel style complex, so you get the feel of a hotel but with the benefit of self service accommodation. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very spacious with great views of gran via area. The staff on reception were super friendly, very accommodating and extremely helpful. The facilities in the apartment were amazing. The rooftop pool and bar area boast exceptional views of Madrid and serve a great collection of food and drinks. We spent quite a bit of time up there in the afternoons. The location is perfect, right in the heart of gran via, which id describe as the Oxford Street (London) of Madrid. It was accessible to everywhere we went by either walking or short taxi. Overall, the apartments were incredible value for money and we will be returning when we visit our friend who lives in Madrid again. The accommodation is suitable for families and groups.

"I wouldn’t recommend these apartments"

The staff

The apartment was soulless, it didn’t have the balcony which I assumed I had booked, the kettle was broken, one of the lifts was out of service and we needed to wait a long time for the other lifts to have room for us. The roof pool is very small, but the biggest issue with the roof pool is the lack of any shade from the sun and not enough sun loungers

El espacio de la habitación y la ubicación son muy buenas.

Parece que no entendí, el hotel no tiene desayuno disponible, a pesar de que yo seleccioné el hotel porque incluía el desayuno. No hay servicio de limpieza.
