Excellent location. Right in the heart of the city center. Very well furnished and well maintained. Staff is very courteous and super helpful. Luggage storage facility is very secured and well managed. Terrace bar is excellent. Very nice view of Gran Via street. Lot of dining options close to the apartment and walking distance to most tourist places.

Excellent service. Nothing to point out.

Location was in the centre

The apartment wasn’t clean at all The corridor on the way to the room was very dirty In addition, there were three of us staying in the apartment, and the sofa bed should have been prepared for our arrival, as is the case in many apartments. When we called reception, we were told that everything was there and that we could prepare it ourselves. I find this unacceptable, especially considering we were paying almost €400 per night. This was their response.

La ubicación es muy buena. La calidad del dpto es excelente. La pileta en la terraza y el bar son un lujo en pleno centro de Madrid

El equipamiento de cocina podría ser mejor y más completo . Se pierden el 10 , por estos detalles

De ligging aan de Gran Via is perfect. Lekker appartement op de 2 de verdieping. Geen last van straat geluiden. En ook heel handig dat onder het gebouw een supermarkt zit.

Van de 2 liften was er telkens 1 buiten werking

Location was perfect - walking distance to everything! Apartments were super clean and comfortable and bigger than expected. Facilities were also very good.
