Toilet was plugged. They gave us a dirty plunger and told us to set it outside our room when we were done. It was disgusting. It plugged several times and they never responded to my requests. Also the bathroom door didn’t shut.

Stayed here for a quick weekend visit. The ice machine did not work on two floors and the juice bar was broken at breakfast. Also the pool was not up and running which we would have liked to known ahead of time with small kids.

Everything in the room was excellent. Lobby nice too. Breakfast was great. The only negative was that the ice machine was broken on 4th floor.

Clean facility, soft beds, safe location

There were bugs on our room and the room stunk we had to go buy a room freshener. If i could have switch hotels i definitely would have.

The stay at this hotel was comfortable. A great breakfast spread was available every morning. All the amenities were great. Room and bathroom was fairly new and had all the basic features.

I attempted to book a stay for June 12. Unfortunately, the hotel was full on that date, but I didn't recognize that the app took me to a different date that was available. Instead of booking June 12, I booked a stay on July 12. There was an option to pay extra for a protected stay, but since it was only a day or two out when I booked, I declined. When I tried checking in to the hotel, I learned of the mistake. We scrambled and found another hotel in the area for the evening and contacted Hotels.com right away. They informed me of the no refunds policy the hotel had, but said they would try to get them to work with me. The Hampton Inn refused to refund me a month in advance, so I was forced to pay for a hotel room on July 12 that I was not using. Again, I recognize that I declined the option that would have allowed me to get refunded, but I felt that the Hotel could have worked with me so far in advance. I will also likely not use Hotels.com again. I did not like that the app selected a different date that I had no interest in. It was all there in print, and I wish I would have recognized it, but I made an honest mistake. The fact that Hampton Inn and Hotels.com were unwilling to help make it right were choices made. Live and learn.

Very convenient location. Stay was great.

Excellent facility and great staff. The hotel was very clean and well lit. Also had a nice large open area to walk dogs.
