Liked that supplies such as kitchenware, laundry and bathroom essentials etc. were provided. Location was very conveniently close to the metro stations. Clean surroundings. Top-up of essentials was a nice factor as well.

The pillows and were not supportive or comfortable. Construction around the building during early hours of the day disturbed our sleep schedule. During the fire emergency situation, would have appreciated updates from management.

The apartment was bright, spacious and clean as a whistle. Located in close proximity to the Metro, parking garage and tourist attraction. We would definitely stay again and can wholeheartedly recommend to others.

The room was very nice and super clean. The only issue for us was that the mattresses were less than ideal - too hard and more like a futon than a hotel-grade mattress. Also, there's currently a lot of construction on the street.

Inside the unit is really nice. Clean and spacious. However, outside construction on the entire block was a very big inconvenience. I wouldn't book here again until it is completed. We had to keep the blinds completely closed the entire time. Our room (UNIT 204) faces an alley where upon arrival were met with a man right outside rummaging through garbage, he could clearly see into the room.

Close to the metro station, clean and convenient, quick response to my requests, spacious room, and good security. All things considered, I would definitely stay at the hotel again the next time I visit Montreal.

The walls were pretty thin. I was lucky that the next room was empty for a couple of days, but when someone entered, I could hear everything. The hotel provides earplugs, which is a great idea, especially given that there is construction going on around the neighborhood.
