The studio would be perfect but the noise is unbearable. The kitchen extractor was working even when it was off, so it was very noise. There were ear plugs in the room so I guess this was reported before. I reported and explicit say I won't be cooking. They said is was going to be check in the next 24 hrs but no solution. It is a pity as the flat is very good, good space, good mattress, clean building.

Great location and comfy feel. The Sonder was honestly really easy to check into and we all really enjoyed our stay

Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Comfy bed. Clean towels available for self service (would be good to have hand towels as well as shower towels). Plenty of good vegan eating in town! Resto Tula, AuxVivres, Lola Rosa, MeiWei to name a few. Despite the negatives we will definitely stay again.

With the floor to ceiling windows along one whole side of the room it was more than a little exposed to people in the office opposite out for a phone break or smoke and even to people passing in the street. The only way to avoid this was to have the blinds fully down - which wasn’t nice to shut out the day. TV a bit complicated so we didn’t use which was possibly a positive!! The taking of payment was a little unsettling- firstly, the initial payment was taken immediately at time of booking (it had said ‘sometime before the stay’) and without providing a receipt until requested several times. Secondly, just before our stay, Sonder tried to put a deposit hold on my card but because I hadn’t updated my card (my fault I know) it didn’t work. It took some time to get this sorted out with a threat from Sonder of cancelling my booking being made along the way even though I had immediately updated my card and even though my bank was telling me that they had verified it with Sonder and even though I had just stayed at Sonder Ottawa with my new card and without any issues. A note to say that they were going to request a deposit hold on my card would have helped.

Property was newer, well furnished, clean and included in suite laundry.

Clean and modern.

The heating and cooling of the property was a little challenged as the bedrooms needed be cooler than the living but both areas were only serviced by the air-conditioner in the main room. There was no spare blankets which was a challenge as well.
