The bed was comfortable

Found a baby roach in the bathroom, air conditioner barely ran. (Literally had a fan in the room to plug in because they know the air sucks) no thermostat to even change the air settings. bed side lamp plug in for phone charging didn’t work. The floors were torn up around the edges. Pillows were terrible. My husband wanted to leave but they didn’t do refunds and we couldn’t afford to pay to stay a different place.

"For the price, it was clean and as expected. No more no less"

It was exactly what I paid for. A bed, WiFi and a shower.

There was problems with the door but the front desk did make me aware of it before I checked in.

Nothing- it was SO BAD, we cancelled & went to Comfort suite! We requested refund! This is Not 3 Star as advertised.

No. Dirty & felt unsafe. Had more photos, could only attach 5.
