Super friendly staff Here is my first stop in the country and the owner spent 20+ minutes explain the attractions for the city and the country. The shared washing machine with drying function is so good. The owners have a restaurant and the foods and the lemonade is very delicious with the nice view. Very recommended. Had travelled for half an year around Europe, I think this is the best accommodation I had ever stayed.

This is an EXCEPTIONAL guesthouse with the most amazingly kind, thoughtful and generous host. Every single day she left us small treats (croissants in the morning, beers or cakes in the evening) and was ful of good advice and tourist information. The guesthouse felt brand new - rooms incredibly clean and comfortable, with all necessary items for a confortable stay. The kitchen was an added bonus, and again this was perfectly clean and well equipped (microwave, dishwaser, washing machine...). And to top it all of, the stunning view over the mountains from the terrace where we could have breakfast in the morning sun. Perfectly located for visiting the Slovenian Alps and Lakes, we will definitely return to guesthouse Ursa and will be recommending it to all of our friends and family! A very special thank you to the wonderful host Mojca for such a fantastic stay. Hvala!

Customer focus, everything that you might need during holiday, fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machine, dishwasher and washing tabs available, tea, coffee and we had an outdoor table just for us with amazing view to the mountains. The room was also very nice, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom.

Nothing to mention, it was perfect.

The host is exceptional. She was really thoughtfull: always helping us with tourist information, giving us small treats, like leaving croissants every day in front of the door and giving sweets to the children. The guesthouse was very clean,rooms are big and v and had all necessary items for a confortable stay and were cleaned every morning. The kitchen, which was perfectly equiped icluding dishwaser,washmachine and dryer. The best part of our stay was the stunning view over the mountains from the terrace where we could have breakfast in the morning sun. It was the perfect place where you could swe could have stayed and visit the beautiful slovenian rivers and mountains.. Thank you for hosting us!

The staff and their hospitality is incomparable. On our first night, we got a welcome drink, and our last we had a national drink. Not to mention the little sweets we got every morning by the door. Whether we had any questions about our next day, or had any problem we immediately got help.

The nicest and the most helpful host and staff you could ever ask for! After our arrival we got a welcome drink and some pizza bites and we got tons of tips for our trips (including maps and booklets). 😍 Each morning and evening there was a small treat waiting for us which was always super delicious 😋. The beds were so comfortable we didn't even want to get up in the morning 😀. The shared kitchen is very well equipped and always clean (you can also find a washing machine there which comes handy if you're hiking alot). Private parking lot for the guesthouse was a big plus and their pizzeria was also amazing! Honestly couldn't ask for a better stay.

The bathroom was a bit tiny but for us it was no problem 😊

What a warm and wonderfull welcome in this amazing place. The hostess, Mojca, does everything and more to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. A tip: have dinner in the evening, the most amazing pizza, and book the sublime breakfast in the morning on the terrace with a view on the mountains. Safe parking place next to the accomodation. Spatious new rooms with great bathroom.

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of special things. Mojca really spoiled us. The place is really beautiful. a short walk from a lovely lake with an amazing view of the mountains. I really loved my time there. So considerate and came towards us. The flight was late at night with a delay. we arrived tired at their restaurant. Mojca made sure to leave the staff to give us an evening dinner. It was really delicious. They make very tasty pizzas. In terms of hospitality, I have never encountered such a nice hospitality until today. I recommend to anyone who wants to come and enjoy the place. We were a family with three children, but in my opinion it is also suitable for couples who want a romantic place. In conclusion, I would definitely go back there in the future or recommend everyone I know to stay there. Mojca, thank you so much for all the help, love you.
